Potato, Patato…No matter how one says it, it is America’s first side to many of the main courses served at the dinner table. Not only is the baked spud a tasty delight; it is also a major food supplement in our day to day diet. Consequently we at the Company have re-created this delicacy into a gourmet soup; it’s a baked potato with all the trimmings in a soup spoon…This one you must try!
Cooking Directions:
Stir contents of package into 4 cups of water and 2 cups of milk. Bring to a boil, stirring often. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. For a thicker soup reduce liquid to only 3 cups.
Suggestions:
Sprinkle on top shredded cheese, green onions, chopped ham or bacon.
Ingredients:
Dehydrated vegetables (including potato and onion), non-dairy creamer (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solid, sodium caseinate, mono and diglycerides, sodium citrate, sodium silicoaluminate, salt, dipotassium phosphate, carragenan, artifical color). mono and wheat flour (malted barley niacinm, iron, thiamin mononitrate, folic acid), cheese powder [whey,cheddar cheese (milk cheese culture, salt, enzymes), butter, buttermilk solids, salt, sodium phosphate, natural flavor, artificial color] foodstarch-modified, non-fat milk, chicken base, (salt, sugar, rendered chicken fat, maltodextrin, hydrolyzed corn wheat gluten soy protein, onion powder, turmeric, natural flavor) textured vegetable protein [(soy flour, carmel color, red 3), partially hydrolyzed corn-soy-wheat protein], parmesan, cheese [(cultured part-skim milk, salt, enzymes_, and powdered cellulose added to prevent caking], natural flavor, spice, garlic powder, disodium inosinate and gunaylate, and not more than 2% silicon diox ide added to prevent caking.
